We do not claim to be a registered Consent Manager or any other Board-registered intermediary. If we ever obtain such a registration, we'll disclose it here with a link to the registration itself.
Scanner limitations
The compliance scanner is automated. It reflects what is observable from the public web. It can't see inside your CRM, your processor agreements, your training, or your internal access controls. Use it as a fast triage tool, not as a substitute for a full DPDP audit.
Where a check could not be performed (rate-limited, blocked, dynamic content we couldn't reach), we mark it "couldn't verify". We never fabricate a pass or fail.
Sources
We try to cite the Act and the Rules wherever a specific obligation or penalty is referenced. The DPDP Rules are subordinate legislation and continue to evolve through MeitY notifications and Board orders — if we ever fall behind on a change, please email us and we'll fix it.
