Still not happy?
Escalate to the Data Protection Board
Section 13(3) of the DPDP Act gives every Data Principal the right to file a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India if a Data Fiduciary's Grievance Officer doesn't resolve the issue. The Board can impose penalties up to ₹250 crore.
Keep a copy of the email thread with our Grievance Officer — that's the proof you exhausted the first level. Then file a complaint with the Board, citing Section 13.
