Free plan
The free plan is — free. Nothing to cancel or refund.
Pro trials
All Pro subscriptions begin with a 7-day free trial. Cancel during the trial and you won't be charged. We send a reminder 24 hours before the trial ends.
Monthly Pro
Cancel any time. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't pro-rate refunds on monthly plans.
Annual Pro
Cancel any time. We refund unused full months on a pro-rated basis. Email hello@checkdpdp.in from your account email and we'll process the refund within 7 business days.
Service failure
If we materially fail to deliver what we promised in the plan you bought (extended downtime, removed features without notice), we'll either fix it or refund the affected period — whichever you prefer.
How refunds reach you
Refunds go back to the original payment method. UPI / card refunds usually settle in 5–10 business days; international cards can take longer because of intermediary banks.
