I am a Data Principal under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
I am writing to you under Section 8(9) of the Act (publication of a
Grievance Officer) to exercise the following right(s) — please keep one and
delete the rest:

  [ ] Section 11    — access (summary of data held, processing activities,
                      and the identities of every other party my data has
